Return & Exchange Policy

At Dynasty Designs Boutique, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

• Final Sale Items: All sale items, discounted items, and items purchased with store credit are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Exceptions: In extreme circumstances, exchanges may be considered and will result in a store credit issued as a coupon. Returned items must be received in their original condition. Processing returns can take up to 5-7 business days after we receive your package. We will notify you via email once your store credit has been activated.
