Pre-Orders

Payment: All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

Shipping Dates: Pre-ordered items have estimated shipping dates which are subject to change based on vendor availability. Customers will be notified via email of any changes to the estimated shipping date.

Non-Cancellable: Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Out of Stock Items: If an item is sold out or out of stock after your order has been placed, you will be notified via email promptly. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to locations within the United States.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7-10 business days after the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Expedited Shipping: Next day shipping is available upon request with charges starting at $35, varying based on weight and distance. Orders must be placed by 2 PM EST for overnight shipping.

Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Customers should contact their local post office for any issues regarding lost or stolen packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
